Rune Alliance Rules Proposal

Since the Alliance is getting bigger and bigger i would like to get some sort of Rules and Regulations set in place...

And i would like to hear what you would like to see included

So if you have special requests or Ideas, now is the time

this is what i would like to see included:

1) no copying Rune books without asking first
2) Make sure you give credit where it should be given, we all work hard on this after all...

I dont have a problem with ether aalia. Tho there is likely to be people who will make copies for there personal use at the least. thats to be expected.
If the owner of said library didnt want there runes copied why make it a public house.
I'd be lieing if i said i never made copies without asking, but that was before i met you. now i do ask or atleast let you know that i might be makeing some if thats ok with you.
If there doing it to start there own rune library and copy every rune the library has they should ask.

Cant think of anything at the moment, just got home from work and still brainfried atm.

personal runes never been a problem , and i cant speak for non alliance members , i just ment that if a lare section , like we did for the animal set was to be copied , then ask first Tang was very helpful to us then.
